✅ During the assessment, the group closely reviewed the conditions and opportunities created for students to spend their free time meaningfully outside of classes. It was noted that the university maintains strong cooperation with neighboring communities (mahallas), with a number of initiatives successfully implemented in this area. In particular, free English language courses have been organized for children from low-income families. Currently, more than thirty young participants are being taught using modern teaching methodologies, and there are plans to further expand the program in the future.

The university’s infrastructure, including the sports hall, library, and conference halls, is well-equipped to a high standard, providing all necessary conditions for students to study in line with modern requirements.

Furthermore, it was recommended to strengthen practical cooperation with the relevant law enforcement agencies of Tashkent district to prevent offenses and crime among students studying at the university.

✅ The faculty’s material and technical base was also inspected during the assessment. Recommendations were provided on the effective use of the existing facilities to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
