Title: Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our university's outreach, branding, and digital communication strategies. You'll play a key role in shaping how Green University connects with prospective students, partners, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our university and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Requirements:

• Skills in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research
• Experience managing advertising campaigns and creating promotional materials
• Proficiency in overseeing social media channels and organizing events
• Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Analytical skills to analyze marketing metrics and gauge the success of campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the education or environmental sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is preferable) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Language: Uzbek, Russian and English languages

Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Green University. This is a full-time on-site position responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, conducting audits and evaluations, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Conduct audits, assessments, and evaluations of programs and procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations
• Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality and performance
• Collaborate with departments to maintain high quality standards across operations

Requirements:

• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies
• Experience in developing and implementing QA processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in environmental studies or related areas is a plus
