The draft State Program, aimed at implementing priority reforms within the framework of the “Year of Mahalla Development and Social Prosperity” and ensuring the execution of the “Uzbekistan — 2030” Strategy in 2026, has been published for public consultation.

The document outlines the main reform directions, planned measures, relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, and mechanisms for monitoring implementation. Particular attention is given to ensuring ecological sustainability, the rational use of water resources, the establishment of “green” technical schools in regions, as well as the utilization of end-of-life vehicles and the recycling of their components.

The draft program has been made available for public discussion on the platforms uzbekistan2030.uz and regulation.gov.uz from January 23 to February 1, 2026. Citizens and experts are invited to submit their proposals and comments through these platforms.
