The Knowledge Sharing Program is an initiative where participants of the KOICA Capacity Improvement & Advancement for Tomorrow (CIAT) program, share the knowledge they gained during their studies in Korea with the public of Uzbekistan.
Jahongir Khalikov, Deputy Head of the Department for Attracting Foreign Investments at "O'zsuvta'minot," delivered a report at the event. He shared valuable insights from the KOICA training program in Korea titled "Capacity Building in Water Resource Management to Mitigate Water Shortages in Uzbekistan." The report drew the attention of students, faculty, and the general public attending the event, as well as online participants. The participants expressed deep interest and enthusiasm during the Q&A session.
Green University, officially opened on February 10, 2024, is the first institution in Central Asia exclusively focused on addressing environmental issues, demonstrating a strong commitment to overcoming these pressing challenges. It is particularly noteworthy that the KOICA-CIAT program is conducting a knowledge-sharing event on environmental protection at Green University, with plans for further engagement with environmental topics in the future.
