Green University Takes Part in International Conference on Climate Change and Regional Challenges

Green University is proud to announce that the Rector, Dr. Jasur Salikhov, participated in the prestigious international conference “Beyond Borders: Central Asia in the Face of Climate Change, Water Scarcity, and Migration Challenges” at Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT). The conference brought together experts, scholars, and policymakers to address critical environmental challenges facing Central Asia.
In his opening speech, Dr. Salikhov stressed the urgency of addressing climate change, water scarcity, and migration, particularly in our region. "This conference shows the pressing need for interdisciplinary approaches to tackle environmental challenges. Climate change knows no borders, and neither should our efforts," he remarked.
