On January 7, 2025, Green University was honoured to host a meeting with esteemed experts from the Chinese corporation “China Road and Bridge.” The delegation included prominent figures such as Professor Hu Shuwen, a scholar from China Agricultural University and a scientist with the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), as well as Mr. Wei Xiohang, the Head of the corporation’s representative office in Uzbekistan. The Minister of Ecology A. Abduhakimov attended the meeting with the guests.

This visit marked a significant milestone in advancing sustainable land management solutions. The experts reaffirmed their commitment to collaborating closely with the Ministry, offering valuable insights and technical support. The discussions focused on the feasibility of cultivating paper trees across five key regions of the country.

The meeting concluded with CRBC showcasing its cutting-edge technologies and innovative methods and expressing a strong interest in fostering further dialogue and collaboration.
