Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between Green University and “Yuksalish” Movement.

On April 8, 2026, within the framework of the Central Asian Forum of Ecologists and Eco-Activists, a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding was held between the Central Asian University of Environmental and Climate Change Studies (Green University) and “Yuksalish” Movement.

The ceremony was held with the participation of Rector, Dr. Bakhtiyor Pulatov on behalf of Green University, and Chairman of the “Yuksalish” Movement, Bobur Bekmurodov. The Memorandum aims to develop long-term and effective cooperation between the two parties, including the training of highly qualified specialists, the implementation of joint projects and events, as well as collaboration in scientific and applied research.

Within the framework of the signed Memorandum, the parties agreed to implement joint initiatives such as organizing environmental forums, conducting sociological and environmental surveys, supporting innovative startups, and engaging young scientists. In addition, a number of activities are planned to involve university students as volunteers and to strengthen cooperation between the University and the Movement.

The Memorandum also provides for such forms of cooperation as information exchange, as well as the organization of seminars, conferences, and the preparation of joint academic and analytical publications.

This Memorandum will serve to further strengthen the strategic partnership between Green University and “Yuksalish” Movement and contribute to the implementation of effective initiatives in the field of environmental protection.
