About Technical College
The Forestry Technical College was originally established in 1997 as the "Tashkent District Social-Economic College" and, based on the Decree “On additional measures to improve the professional education system” No. PF-5812 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 6, 2019, it was transformed into the Tashkent District Forestry College under the State Forestry Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In accordance with the Decree No. 701 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 9, 2020, the Tashkent District Forestry College was reorganized into the Forestry Technical College. Based on the Presidential Decree No. PQ-171 dated May 31, 2023, “On effective organization of the activities of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change”, the Forestry Technical College was transferred to the management of the Central Asian University of Environmental and Climate Change Studies (Green University).
