On July 2, 2026, Green University welcomed Iskandar Kutbiddinov, Deputy Chairman of the National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan. As part of the visit, a meeting was held with the participation of the university’s leadership and academic staff.

During the meeting, participants discussed key issues related to ensuring the high-quality implementation of scientific research, expanding cooperation with industrial enterprises, further enhancing the university’s international reputation, and strengthening executive discipline. Relevant instructions and recommendations were provided to support the effective implementation of these priorities.

During the visit, Saidjakhon Khasanov was also introduced to the university staff. He was appointed First Vice-Rector for Youth and Spiritual Affairs at Green University. During the meeting, the key priorities and objectives for his future activities were also outlined.

The meeting concluded with the identification of priority areas aimed at effectively implementing the assigned tasks and further strengthening the university’s scientific capacity and international standing.
